1. Financial services in one
Kyobo Life Insurance, which has been renewed with finance and integrated asset management, allows you to use everything
from insurance to retirement pensions, loans, funds, trusts, and My Data with a single membership registration and login. 2. Services open to everyone You can become a digital member through a simple membership registration process, and anyone, whether a member or not , can enjoy various services beyond finance, such as culture/arts/books/health . 3. Contract information at a glance You can now check the insurance, retirement pensions, loans, trusts/funds you have signed up for on a single screen and process financial transactions. 4. Claims for your own and third-party insurance at once You can easily claim not only the insurance contracts you have signed up for, but also third-party insurance policies with a mobile photo . 5. Same service anywhere You can use the same service anywhere on three digital channels (PC web, mobile web, and app). 6. Diverse and convenient authentication and security We provide certificates such as simple passwords, biometrics (fingerprints (for Android), faces (for iPhone)), Kakao Pay, Toss, Naver, finance, and joint certificates, and digital OTP. We've further strengthened financial security with a security card. ○ App access permission information - The following is information on the access permissions used in the app. 7. Integrated asset management My Data Financial/non-financial asset information scattered across each financial institution in one place, a financial secretary that manages your financial schedule in the palm of your hand, retirement preparation status at a glance, integrated asset management has become easier with My Data. [Required access permissions] - Phone number: This is used for making and managing calls, checking for app forgery prevention, and logging in records. - Storage space: This is used for joint certificate login, joint certificate transfer, etc., with device photo, media, and file access permissions. - Installed app list: The Kyobo Life app collects/uses/shares information on installed apps on your smartphone to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents such as voice phishing and malicious apps. (Use of the Kyobo Life app is restricted when an app requiring caution is detected.) ※ Required access permissions are absolutely necessary to use Kyobo Life, and service use will be restricted if they are not allowed. ※ Kyobo Life Insurance does not, in principle, collect private information that may infringe on the privacy of customers. If necessary, we collect such information with the customer's separate consent and use it only for the agreed-upon purpose. [Optional Access Rights] - Camera, Photos: This permission allows you to take photos and access device photos, media, and files. This permission is used for document photography and uploading photos of stored documents, such as when applying for accident insurance, signing up for IRP, and using user photos in Financial MyData. ※ You can still use the app without consenting to optional access rights, but some services may be restricted. ※ You can consent to and withdraw access rights in 'Settings > Applications > Kyobo Life Insurance > Permissions' (Android 6.0 or higher) . ※ When using an OS lower than Android 6.0, all access rights may be applied as essential without optional access rights. (If an OS upgrade is available, you must upgrade to OS 6.0 or higher, then delete and reinstall the app to properly configure access rights.) ○ Please note that data charges may apply when downloading and using the app on 3G/LTE networks. ○ Using mobile financial services may be risky when using public wireless networks. ○ We plan to continue providing diverse and convenient services through continuous updates.
